📊 Live Data — Truly Understand What Your Porsche Is Doing

Ordinary diagnostic tools only tell you “there’s a fault code,” but OBDMATE lets you “see” every detail of your engine’s operation in real-time. This is the core value of professional diagnostics.

After you read a fault code, the real challenge begins: What does this code mean? Is the sensor faulty, or is the data just abnormal?

OBDMATE’s Live Data function allows you to accurately view the dynamic values of every sensor, helping you make the most precise judgment — not just blindly replacing parts.

🚗Simple Operation — Connect and View

Plug into vehicle’s OBDII port

Power on the diagnostic tool

Select “Live Data” menu

View real-time sensor data

Let the data speak — pinpoint the problem

No smartphone needed, no app required — 2.8″ HD display shows all diagnostic information directly.

🔋 Battery Test — Real-Time Battery Health Monitoring

Porsche vehicles are equipped with numerous electronic devices that demand high battery stability. An unstable voltage battery can trigger various mysterious electronic faults — window malfunctions, starting difficulties, and even false dashboard warning lights.

OBDMATE’s Battery Test function lets you know your battery’s true condition at any time:

• Real-Time Voltage Monitoring — Directly read the current battery voltage

• Cranking Voltage Test — Detect voltage drop during engine start to determine battery aging

• Charging System Monitoring — Verify alternator performance and charging capability

Professional Value:

• Voltage below 12.2V → Battery low, recommend charging or replacement

• Cranking voltage below 9.6V → Battery performance degraded, recommend immediate replacement

• Abnormal alternator output voltage → Inspect alternator and charging system

Don’t wait until your vehicle won’t start to realize there’s a battery issue. OBDMATE lets you anticipate problems and stay ahead.

🔌 Full OBD2 Modes — One Tool, Universal Compatibility

OBDMATE diagnostic tool features all 9 OBD2 diagnostic modes, compatible not only with Porsche but also with the vast majority of OBDII-compliant vehicles manufactured after 1996.

What This Means for You:

• ✅ One device = all core protocols of a professional diagnostic tool

• ✅ Diagnose not just Porsche, but also other OBD2 vehicles

• ✅ Full-spectrum diagnostic capability from code reading to system testing

🔍 DLC Pin Test — Ensure Communication Link Integrity

The quality of communication between your diagnostic tool and vehicle directly affects diagnostic accuracy and speed. The DLC (Data Link Connector) is the 16-pin socket of your vehicle’s OBDII port. Any poor contact or abnormal voltage on a single pin can cause connection failures, data loss, or false fault reports.

📍If you have any questions, please contact our customer service within the platform immediately. We will do our best to solve them for you. Thank you for your purchase. We wish you a happy life!

1️⃣Q: Can this diagnostic tool only be used on Porsches? Can it work on other brands?

A: OBDMATE is specifically optimized for Porsche, primarily designed for full-system diagnosis and special functions across all Porsche models. However, since it features all 9 standard OBD2 diagnostic modes, it can also be used on the vast majority of OBDII-compliant vehicles manufactured after 1996 (such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, etc.) for basic engine fault code reading/clearing and data stream viewing. However, Porsche-specific special functions are only available on Porsche vehicles.

2️⃣Q: My Porsche is US-spec/Euro-spec/China-spec. Will it work?

A: Yes. OBDMATE supports Porsche vehicles from all regions worldwide, including US-spec, Euro-spec, China-spec, Japan-spec, Middle East-spec, and more. As long as your vehicle has a standard 16-pin OBDII port and is OBDII-compliant, it will work regardless of regional version.

3️⃣Q:What is “full-system diagnosis”? How is it different from a regular OBD2 code reader?

A: A regular OBD2 code reader can only read fault codes from the Engine Management System (EMS). OBDMATE’s full-system diagnosis scans all Electronic Control Units (ECUs) in your Porsche, including:

• Engine Management System (EMS)

• Transmission Control Module (TCM)

• ABS Anti-lock Braking System

• SRS Airbag System

• Body Control Module (BCM)

• Steering Angle Sensor (SAS)

• Electronic Parking Brake (EPB)

• Battery Management System (BMS)

This means when a fault occurs, you can pinpoint exactly which system has the problem instead of blind troubleshooting or relying on dealership step-by-step inspections.

4️⃣Q: Does this diagnostic tool need to connect to a smartphone app or computer?

A: No. OBDMATE features an independent 2.8-inch HD display and physical buttons — all operations can be completed directly on the device. No app downloads, no Bluetooth pairing, no computer connection required — truly plug-and-play. This is more stable and reliable than phone-dependent devices, with no “app compatibility issues” or “Bluetooth connection failures” to worry about.

5️⃣Q: How do I update the software? Do I have to pay for updates?

A: OBDMATE offers lifetime free software updates. Simply connect the diagnostic tool to your computer using the included USB cable, visit our official website to download the latest software update package, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update. After updating, you’ll get the latest vehicle data, new features, and bug fixes — all at no extra cost.

6️⃣Q: What if I don’t know how to use the product after receiving it? Are there tutorials?

A: A detailed user manual is included in the box. Additionally, our customer service team offers 24/7 technical support — you can reach us via online chat, email, or phone anytime. For common questions, we can also provide video tutorials upon request.

7️⃣Q: What is the shipping timeline and delivery method?

A: We typically ship within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. Specific shipping methods and estimated delivery times vary by region.

8️⃣Q: Will using this diagnostic tool damage my vehicle’s ECU or electronic systems?

A: Absolutely not. OBDMATE only reads data through the OBDII port — it is a “passive reading” device that does not write any potentially harmful data to the vehicle’s ECU (special functions are standard maintenance procedures actively selected and executed by the user). Millions of users worldwide use similar OBDII diagnostic devices with a proven safety record.
